Job Qualification Requirements:
High School graduate with minimum 1 year relevant work experience as delivery driver required. Must be able to drive both the right-hand and left-hand drive light delivery trucks or vans with manual/standard transmission and/or automatic transmission. Must be able to demonstrate lifting objects at least 50 lbs. Can perform basic mathematical computations with a minimum score of 5 points out of 10 questions. Must have a valid driver's license and possess a good driving record. Must possess or be able to obtain a driver's medical health screening that includes drug testing. Must possess or be able to obtain food handler certification. These requirements will be applied equally to both US workers and CW-1 workers.

This job opportunity is for a Temporary and Full-time position.
The job location: Unit 6 Rem Center Cheribiyan Dr Gualo Rai, and Dandan, Saipan, CNMI. Selected applicant for the job opportunity will need to travel to and reside in Saipan, CNMI to perform the services or labor required by the job opportunity.
Selected workers will be paid $8.63 per hour as regular hourly wage rate. Overtime will be available to the workers. The overtime wage rate shall be 1.5 times the regular wage rate or $12.95 per hour. The workers’ wages shall be paid bi-weekly.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
